Aquila Resources Inc. (TSX: AQA) is focused on the exploration, evaluation and potential development of the Back Forty Project in Menominee County, Michigan, USA. This advanced-stage volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) deposit containing gold, zinc, copper and silver was discovered in 2001.

Efforts at the Back Forty Project have shifted to economic, engineering and environmental activities directed at a comprehensive evaluation of the feasibility of developing a mine.  Initial studies suggest that the Back Forty Project could potentially be a significant producer of base and precious metals into the growing global marketplace.  We will continue to adhere to the safe, environmental standards in accordance with the regulations set forth by the State of Michigan.
